The cottage, which nestles on a grassy shore above the rocky beach is situated in its own secure grounds. The nearest neighbouring cottage is half a mile away. The ever changing views over the Inner Sound towards Raasay, Rona and Skye are breathtaking, as are the sunsets.

Applecross Campsite

Applecross Campsite is situated above the village of Applecross in Ross-Shire in the Highlands of Scotland. The campsite occupies over six acres of open field camping space, offering fantastic views of the Inner Sound looking towards the islands of Raasay, Rhona and the Black Cuillins of Skye. With no mobile phone reception the emphasis here is on tranquillity and relaxation! Dogs are allowed on the site but we would ask that you walk them off the site and keep them on a lead at all times on the site. Camp fires are not allowed on the campsite!
We have room for sixty units comprising of, tents, motor homes and touring caravans, with ten fully serviced pitches and nine electric and water points. Our heated camping huts provide affordable accommodation during the colder times of the year or you may choose one of our Static Caravans for maximum comfort. There is a fully functional hot water shower block and 2 extra family units which have a shower, basin and toilet.  We have a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, payphone and customer freezer.

Craig Cottage is a luxury self-catering holiday cottage on the coast road between Shieldaig and Applecross near the small township of Kenmore, on the beautiful Applecross Peninsula.  
The cottage nestles on the side of a hill overlooking the bay at Kenmore with views across Loch Torridon towards Diabaig and Beinn Alligin.  Visitors say "this is not a holiday cottage, it's a home from home".

The Trust's conservation programme includes the preservation of the area’s built and cultural heritage but equally, is keen to identify new opportunities which could be developed innovatively and in partnership with the community.
